Moreno Makes LLC — Legal Notice


1. Business Identity

Moreno Makes LLC is a Texas single-member limited liability company registered and operating in the State of Texas. All contracts, invoices, deposits, and liabilities are held by the LLC and not by the individual owner.


2. Limitation of Liability

Moreno Makes LLC's liability in any matter is limited strictly to the retail value of the product in question.

Moreno Makes LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages of any kind
  • Consequential damages arising from product failure or delay
  • Loss of use during repair or replacement periods
  • Emotional distress claims
  • Third party labor costs incurred by the customer
  • Any damages exceeding the original retail value of the product

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, structural plans, photography, written content, branding, and the Moreno Makes name and logo are the exclusive intellectual property of Moreno Makes LLC.

Reproduction, replication, or commercial use of any Moreno Makes content, design, or imagery without prior written permission is prohibited. All custom designs developed through the Moreno Makes custom program remain the intellectual property of Moreno Makes LLC regardless of whether the project is completed.


4. Warranty Disclaimer

The Moreno Makes Limited Craftsmanship Warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Moreno Makes LLC. No other warranties, express or implied, are offered beyond what is stated in the published warranty terms.


5. Natural Wood Disclaimer

Wood is an organic material. Natural variation in grain pattern, color tone, texture, and minor seasonal movement is expected in all solid wood furniture and is not considered a defect. Moreno Makes makes every reasonable effort to limit excessive movement through proper acclimation and construction techniques. Minor variation is inherent to the material and cannot be eliminated.


6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes are subject to the following process:

Step 1 — Informal Resolution. Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution directly before pursuing further action.

Step 2 — Mandatory Mediation. If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to mediation before initiating legal action.

Step 3 — Legal Escalation. Litigation is permitted only if mediation fails. All matters are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and subject to Texas jurisdiction.


7. Governing Law

All transactions, agreements, and disputes involving Moreno Makes LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.


8. Force Majeure

Moreno Makes LLC is not liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, illness, or government restrictions.


9. Right to Refuse

Moreno Makes LLC reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or decline inquiries at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled by Moreno Makes, a full refund will be issued.
